Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding yet challenging experiences. Although it requires sacrifice and a lot of love, parenting can be possible in the right situations.
Let’s discuss your unique situation and your needs to determine if parenting is possible for you.
Should You Parent?
Only you can decide which option is best for you. As you consider the opportunity to parent, start by answering a few questions:
- Will my partner or my parents support my decision to parent?
- Where will my baby and I live?
- Can I continue my education or career and be a parent?
- Do I have the financial resources I would need?
- I don’t know how to parent. Is there someone who can teach me?
- Am I willing to parent on my own?
The answers to these questions and others will help you decide if you can parent.
